Nature Lodge Reservation Policy: Since Nature Lodge has a limited number of rooms, we highly recommend you make a pre-paid booking. A pre-paid booking will guarantee your selected room/s type availability. With a pre-paid booking there is no need to reconfirm your reservation. Non paid reservations: We accept and hold reservations under the following conditions: Guest must confirm their reservation by phone, one day before arrival (check in date).   We hold room reservations until 4:00 pm.  If you'll be arriving later, Please give us a call to let us know you are on the way, or otherwise might lose your reservation. Non paid reservations are subjected to changes in room type, under special circumstance. Reservation cancellation on the day of arrival will be charged one night.     Public holidays: On the following peak season festival dates we accept pre-paid bookings only:  Pchum Bun vacation 2011 Sep 24th – 29th Water festival vacation  2011    Nov 9th – 14th Christmas / new year’s day Dec 23rd – Jan 2nd Chinese New year 2012             Jan 20th – 25th Cambodian new year 2012 Apr 12th – 19th King Sihamoni’s birthday       May 11th – 16th Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged one night plus bank / online transfer fees. Cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged fully for the reservation period. Early check out: one night charge.
